This company is the biggest fraud out there Gene Pierson and his partner Jason are nothing but LIARS They gave me a contract for a job and took a deposit cashed it instantly and then told us the job was too small and would return our deposit that was the beginning of February he's told us weekly he sent the check out but we have not received it yet now they won't even return our calls or answer the phone. This company painted my house and did an ok job, but there are issues with paint bubbling on the doors and rust coming through on the cornerbead areas. I have contacted them for a year and still can't get them to come and do repairs. They are big about the "lifetime guarantee", but it is worthless!!! DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!
Stay as far away from these guys as possible. Their product is terrible, the customer service is terrible and the Owner, Gene, is the stereotypical salesman with ZERO people skills. He can not control his workers and they will show up at your house any time they want. If you ever heed any advice on Google reviews, please stay away from Master Shield.
Best product you can apply to your home. Salesman WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND INFORMATIVE !
