Enjoyed my experience with Master Sealer. The receptionist is responsive and friendly. The employees are extremely hard working and did a great job to rejuvenate my natural stone. I will be a repeat customer thank you
Master Sealer PS did a great job on our patterned concrete around our pool, It darkened the concrete and we used the semi gloss to give it a nice sheen. They were very professional. Came first day to give it a good power wash and then came back the next day to seal it. I recommend them!
I agree with the other negative reviews left here. BEWARE. DO NOT USE. RUDE. This is the most unethical business and the owner has the worst business acumen. Police have been involved due to threats to my family and business, even threats to people who work with us. John and his team assured us that our pool would be taken care of while completing the powerwashing and re-sanding. We own multiple properties and have never dealt with a more unprofessional team. The day started ok but within minutes one crew member said my water pressure was too low so I needed to ask a neighbor to hook a hose to their outlet. I told him to leave them alone and take turns using the two outside taps I have. He wouldn't hear of it so he called John and he told the crew to go back and use the neighbor's water. I took the phone to speak to John and he yelled at me and tried to bully me into using the neighbor's water. He said he would reimburse me for the cost.
