Ordered for a new door and windows recently. The quality didn't disappoint me at all. After I contacted them they give me a reasonable estimate. The replacement windows were expertly installed by the installers. Professional and dedicated to ensure great customer service.
I did a renovation project and they expertly completed. Outstanding assistance with choosing the appropriate windows and doors for my project, on-time delivery of all materials. Excellent assistance with helping my contractor with all facets of a complex installation to ensure everything went smoothly. Very satisfied and fantastic customer.

Master Seal has just delivered new windows to us. We contacted them to replace the most of the windows in our previous home. The salesman were incredibly friendly and, more importantly, extremely knowledgeable. His installers are both professional and courteous. Everytime I walk by my front door I want to cry! We were RIPPED OFF. The quality of this door isn't as good as a door from Home Depot or Lowe's. It came with a scratch large enough that the installation guy had to use touch up paint,& you can see it. The handle, locks & knocker are the cheapest quality I've ever seen. The storm door doesn't close properly, The lock has Plastic lip! They didn't put in peephole as we ordered. Most of the companies I contacted for doors had very little knowledge or samples to show. Master Seal came out to my home with lots of samples of steel and fiberglass doors. The sales rep explained all the differences and helped me find the right product for me. The quality was much better than I had seen elsewhere and the price was very reasonable. This company primarily sells and installs doors made by another company. The doors are generally well-made. However, MasterSeal is barely trustworthy. The salesperson in particular can not be trusted. The customer is never given a breakdown of the prices, and he ensures that he overcharges you for absolutely everything he can. Periodically, the company has a sale, but since there are no firm prices documented anywhere, it is really just a farce. I know, I bought some doors from them....
I purchased doors and windows for my home and the quality of entry doors and storm doors was great. The installer was profesional and knowledgeable. Also the follow up service later was done very quickly. I would suggest Master Seal to anyone redoing there doors and windows. John
