Worst company ever. We signed a contract and then after they were done they said we owed more money than we agreed to and repeatedly tried to get us to pay more. Sorry a contract is a contract. Had some other guy call and say he was their lawyer and my husband said we had a contract and paid what was due. The guy hung up. They also damaged our security cameras while replacing the roof. Master Roofing and It's owner is the worst contracting company that I have ever dealt with. They recommended a roofing product they did not know how to install. The roof had numerous problems over the years. When I called the owner to address the problems he assured me that he would correct everything. Within six months of the repair the roof had major leaks and caved in internal ceiling area. The owner would take no responsibility for his shoddy's workmanship. Under new ownership. Looks like when things are fully up to speed with new management they will have much better customer service
Polite, easy to communicate with, on time, good follow up, replied to our texts immediately. There was a big forest fire nearby and there were voluntary evacuations taking place but they stayed to finish the job.
Company uses illegal robocalls for their marketing. Enough said.
