Had several issues with my roof. All work was done in a timely manner. The workers were professional neat and did a great clean up. Whenever I reached out with questions before work was done the response was extremely timely. Highly recommend.
TOM AZOUR, WAS SO PROFESSIONAL! He does keep in contact with you, and very honest. He told us the job would be finished in 3 days, and it was done in 2 days.Not a easy job,.. We had violations on the building due to roof, and the siding. Alex was there and worked hard and in the heat. I can from the bottom of my heart, RECOMMEND this company MASTER ROOFING to do a excellent job. They even found another problem on our rooftop, with pictures to show us. That we didn't know about. Thank you Tom and Master Roofing.
Master Roofing replaced the railings over my garage and at the peak of my roof. They gave me a great price and did a great job. They even fixed a few other things and didn't charge me for it. They gave me updates throughout the job and were very professional the whole time. It was a pleasure dealing with them.
We connected with this company due to a small leak on our ceiling; came in next day to see it and quoted us for the leak or a whole roof replacement. We had a few companies come out and we decided to go with them from the rest. Unfortunately, the team they worked with were very unprofessional, sloppy and damaged alot of things in the property that was just done or fixed prior to their arrival. 1. The roofer were professional from the get go. Their quotes were more than reasonable, and the workmanship was top notch. 2. The communication was on point. They kept us informed every step of the way. 3. The clean up was amazing. Usually the contractors would leave some parts unfinished, hoping for a round 2 follow up charge, or maybe leave the place a mess. There was none of that. The place was cleaned up throughly. 4. Job was finished on time, no extraneous delays. Overall, 100% recommend. These guys are top notch.
