Very disappointed with their quality of work and the time frame it took to get my tiller out of the shop. When I called about putting my tiller in the shop I was told they had a 3 week backlog. It was almost 8 weeks to the day before they called and told me the tiller was ready. I called to check on my tiller at one point and they told me they couldn't find the claim ticket. The first thing I had to do when getting the tiller home was tighten up the bolt that holds the handle bar in place, they had left it very loose. I... read more
