Always super good to us. Have the roper parts we need, and great customer service.
Called in to get a price on a roper pump mechanical seal and shift replacement on my 2014 DOT 406 trailer .Sales man told me they was not busy can get me in the fowlling day and said it would take 1 day to get it done. Next I know it took 5days. We took the unit to load some oil. They didn't fix the problem they made it worse .I called the manager he didn't care all he said was to bring it back. I said no cause they couldn't do it right the first time..Beware!!! They should stick to selling parts not replacing them!
I hired them to install a blower they messed up every aspect of the install except mounting the blower to the frame. The PTO is leaking and not shimmed right because i hear a slight grinding when i push in the clutch. The carrier bearing mount was installed with only one bolt. The end of my exhaust pipe on my truck was not put back on after the cut it off.
