Joe Castro is the worst property manager in San Diego. He lied about a garbage disposal being broken upon leaving unit and charged an abnormal price of 600 for garbage disposal without proof. Also walked premises the last day of lease and failed to move out sheet after stating the house was clean and security deposit would be returned in full.
