I am a Richmond realtor and have used Master Pro services with my family members as well as with many clients who needed roof inspections or needed a roof replacement. Their work is excellent. I am writing concerning my experience with Carlos and his crew. I know they think I forgot but I waited until it rained. Just to make sure, LOL. Really I had no doubt. It was a wonderful experience. I had a very old roof with two layers of shingles. The bottom came off in pieces. It was horrible. The crew came in the morning and were finished in the afternoon. It was a fantastic job. Carlos and his team replaced our flat roof out here in Church Hill back in 2018. It was top notch work. I forgot to leave a review! I was just recommending Carlos to a friend and now I want to say that he and his team did an AMAZING job and a very reasonable price. Also he assured us to contact him if there were any issues. There have been no issues at all! A trustworthy professional, highly recommend!
