Absolutely terrible experience from start to finish. The crew showed up late and left early every day. They damaged my gutters and never took responsibility. The roof started leaking just two weeks after installation. When I called to complain, they ignored me for days. Their “manager” kept making excuses instead of fixing the issue. Completely unprofessional roofing company. They quoted one price but charged hundreds more later. The workers didn’t even wear safety gear or uniforms. They left cigarette butts all over my lawn. Half of the shingles don’t even line up straight. They refused to fix the mistakes without extra payment. The owner was rude and dismissive when I complained. Now I’m stuck with a roof that looks terrible. This was supposed to be a simple repair job. Never again — I’ll warn everyone I know.
