Our experience with Master Pools was horrific to say the least. We spent a significant amount for work that was outright terrible - punching holes into lines when pouring concrete for our decking and then needing to cut open the decking in multiple locations in order to fix water issues, to coping that is cracking everywhere to tile that was put up at the waterline and keeps breaking and cracking.
