While my backyard looks beautiful we have had a few issues with equipment and electrical and unfortunately Paulo the owner has been completely unresponsive. He answered us initially and said he would take a look at it however he came by once and has not responded to phone calls or text messages. We paid in full once the job was complete however it has been just a short time and once piece of equipment is leaking everywhere and lights don't work. Very frustrated and disappointed.
Had a great experience with Master Pool. They renewed our pool and added a beautiful waterfall, and everything came out better than we expected. Communication with them is excellent and very professional. Really happy with how everything turned out and would definitely recommend!
