Horrible service! They said they helped with hole drilling through countertop to install water filter when calling but when the plumber came she said she couldn’t do it. So we asked her to do other small replacement stuff that is supposed to finish in a hour but she charged me for an extra half an hour fee which is an extra of $100 additional fee. Most of the time she was not in the house fixing stuff, she went out three times in total and spent around 30 minutes outside claiming that stuff are in the car. This company is a ... read more

I do not recommend this company AT ALL. They WILL waste your time. Better for you to pick a more reliable company with more consideration for our busy lives and schedules. My HOA picked this company. Not me. Someone from Master Plumbing called me to schedule an appointment. They picked the time and date. I was told it was going to be on a particular day at 10AM, no other information was given. On February 9th, the underground water pipe in the driveway in front of our house burst. You spent seven hours digging only a four-foot-deep hole. You have not found the cause of the accident. You only said that it was difficult to dig, and you have charged us.
