Most horrible experience ever! These guys installed a new Rheem water heater with a new exhaust system in my house. A few months later the the water heater started having issues. The pilot kept going out which resulted in no hot water. Keep in mind this is now winter in Minnesota. The pilot would go out at least 2 to 3 times a day. I finally called Master and explained the issue since it was still under warranty. They finally sent out a technician several days later due to the holidays. Had an upstairs shower leaking into the ceiling/wall. Travis was great! Very friendly, courteous, and good communication. And most importantly, took care of the problem!
Two gate valve replacements. Set up to the appointment was efficient, plumber arrived on time and used his time well. Billing and follow up was fine. This is a professional plumbing company worth using folks.
