This company has no pride in itself or respect for their potential customers. My home warranty company contracted this company to replace a water heater that had flooded part of my basement. I contacted them 2 days after they were contracted and had not heard from them. At 8a I was informed that he had 2 repairs and he could get to mine around 2:30/3:00. If I could give no stars I would. I am a single mother who got completely taken by them. About 3 1/2 yrs ago I bought a house and had them come work on the plumbing. All the work they did is now having to be redone. Spigots they replaced are now broken again, and pipe they replaced under shower is now leaking.
