Master mechanical did a horrific job I’ve had problem with there installation of my boiler conversion from day 1. as you can see I’m asking the boiler for heat and it is staying at 69° will not go any higher. RUN AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!! BEWARE
What a waste of time Want to charge $170 for a simple estimate I found a nother company who right away came to my house gave me a good price for free This company want it me to pay $170 and they were goin to bill me right at the spot for the job Is like singing a contract in blank and then you just get a big bill on top
Vindictive, diabolical. Service contract in place for years. Bought a NEST thermostat, called them to install. They don’t install those without electrician, so installed Honeywell they had in truck. Charged $600 for installing a basic, no frills, thermostat. It was Fall going into Winter. Just found out 2 weeks ago they deliberately neglected to connect to central AC unit, only hooked up to heater. Update less than 3 years later, system is malfunctioning and Rinnai is saying the install is done wrong and will not provide warranty coverage until issue is fixed. Do not trust Masters to install properly. Make sure you have a video walkthrough after install with Rinnai support to verify install. They’re also really cheap and didn’t install the $200 pre-fab isolation valves making it easier to flush the system. Master's is really good; Tom is the best.
