I needed a plumber, I had asked ABC pumping - Brian Hull, who did a wonderful job pumping/checking my septic tank few weeks earlier, if he knew of a good plumbing company. He referred me to Master Plumbing, who I reached out to, Cassandra was great in getting me scheduled for appt. Tech/plumber Kyle Varner was fabulous with helping me with my plumbing issues, hadn't had a plumber out for 30+ years. We had no hot water so I called Master Plumbing. They sent a plumber out that day. Jim Colburn. (the plumber) determined that our current hot water heater was beyond repair. So he installed a new one same day. That was 8 months ago. It's still working great for us.

We had a leaking faucet that needed to be fixed as soon as possible. Master Plumbing was extremely helpful and sent us an amazing plumber the same day (Saturday of all days). Jim Colburn came out and from the start was extremely professional and helpful. He not only fixed the problem but he explained what he was doing and what had happened. I was so impressed that I asked if he could look at an outside faucet that had been causing me trouble as well. Jim was happy to help and fixed that problem as well. Had Jim at our house to inspect our water heater that we had making noise. Jim encouraged my boyfriend to follow if he wanted to so he can ask any questions because he loves to teach. You can hear how passionate he is about his job with the way he explained everything. Got us taken care of in an hour. I will only call this company in the future. :)

Jim Colburn from Master Plumbing went above and beyond in completing our residential plumbing job. He was knowledgeable, helpful, kind, considerate, meticulous and time efficient. I would 110% recommend him and Master Plumbing!
