I have never had such a pleasant experience with a plumber! I originally called after normal business hours and was able to schedule an appointment for my leaky outdoor hose faucet, and due to high demand they asked to cancel and reschedule. No big deal, that’s fine. Day of, our technician Jim C. realized it would be a quick easy fix and it was on the way to another big job so he decided to stop by and take care of it.
