1st of all this is not a store font as the pictures show but a residential home. I took my ipad to him because the glass was cracked. That evening he texted and said he had chipped the home button and needed to replace it. I told him was was leaving town at noon and could he have it fixed by then to which he said yes. The gentleman seemed nice on the phone and he told me it would be a 2 to 3 hour phone repair and it has been over 6 hours now and when I've called the gentleman he will not answer the phone and when I've gone over I have not gotten an answer out of anybody
