I booked this service for a large party to O’Hare airport and this was a surprise for one of our guests. The bus never showed up so we were forced to pay hundreds more for multiple Uber and Lyft drivers. Totally ruined our surprise for our guest and made our start of our trip so difficult. Completely unacceptable and would never recommend using them. I had to call multiple times to even get a person to answer.
Extremely unprofessional. Driver no showed. Never called ahead of time to let it be known they’d be late. Would not recommend this service to anyone. They charge your card and then never provide services. Booked a bus as a surprise. They offered 3 SUV’s. And booked the bus for Bolingbrook at the same time.
Amazing service, easy to book with great prices and they stay in contact until the service is complete. On time arrival with a lovely driver. This is my first time using Master Party Bus rental but I will be calling again next time I need a limo or a party bus rental.
