After an ozone generator experience gone wrong, there was a lingering ozone smell in our bedroom. I called Tina at Master Odor Removal to see if she could help. She didn’t make any false promises, but was confident she’d be able to help out. The whole cleaning process for the one room didn’t take more than 20 minutes, and the lingering ozone smell is completely gone. Tina’s communication was great, and she was very easy to work with. This is the most fantastic company ever! We moved into a fixer upper that had been smoked in and our tech Tina made it smell brand new! Total game changer and the process was right for a brand new home!
Had a great experience with this company it took my odor away and she said if I needed she would come back. Which wasn't necessary. Would highly recommend and would you her service again
ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! 10/10 would recommend. My husband and I bought our first house that had previously been smoked in. It was a very difficult choice for us to decide if we wanted to go through on our offer, until we talked to Tina. Tina did a walk-through of our house before doing any treatment and told us she was confident she could get rid of it. I was blown away at their thoroughness, and how much the smell went away! They came and did a second treatment a couple weeks later just to be safe and we literally don’t smell... read more
