Pet Odors and Tobacco smoke! We thought we were never going to find a company that could help us! After checking out their website, and their reviews on Thumbtack, I called to schedule an appointment for a tech to check out the odor problems in our rental home. The representative was cordial as he took my information. He also told me that the tech would be by between 5:30pm - 6:30pm. After receiving some of the best customer product and service from Master Odor Removal. I HAD to write a review. Business owners like him...that have a good, positive attitude, enjoy their work and do it well, deserve praise and recognition. Very happy with the service they provided. Had some guests recently who smoked in my house and it lingered after they departed. I'm sensitive to smells so looked online for options to get rid of it. Very happy that I found MOR and that they could get rid of the smell - not just mask it - it's actually gone. I would recommend them to anyone.

Found Master Odor Removal after doing a quick search online, we have all tile floor duplex that had been smoked in by a cigar smoker, needless to say the house needed a real pro prior to finding a new tenant and we had just painted a few months ago and didn't want to spend again for a painter.
