Scheduled an appointment with a particular person for next day. They called an hour before appointment and asked me to come an hour later. I said ok. I arrive at schedule time and sit for 20 minutes, then worker I'm scheduled for goes to another customer waiting and asking her what she needs. I went there for gel-x and the nails started falling off the next day. I deserve a refund.
ZERO stars if it was possible, Ive came to this nail salon on and off since I moved to the area 2 years ago but their service has went downnn BAD. My best friend stopped coming because her gel would peel 3 days in but i thought nothing of it because it had not happen to me. Well I came in today for a pedicure with Acrylic on the big toes only. once the acrylic was put on she barely filed it down but i didn’t say anything.
