I love going here, I have been going for a couple years and I will never go anywhere else. The staff and owner are amazing and super friendly. I love talking to everyone there because they make it a great experience and make you want to come back. I have always had great experiences there and they do such great work.
First and last time here. I asked for eyebrow wax service and price. I was told $10 for wax, and the lady charged my card $12 without my permission and took forever to process my card. My guess is she wanted a tip for service in cash, which is fine I was going to give a tip but because she assumed and lied to my face then took extra money boldly without my permission that is deceptive business practice and I won't be back.
