Scam Artist! Please do not use Master Mobile. We had them install an air conditioner 3 yrs ago. Within one week, it broke, and had to be replaced. Now, it has broken again. Called them and was told the condenser broke, but we have to pay $1000+ for shipping. Have been told by others the reason it broke was because it was improperly installed. They have been very rude to us and refuse to replace without a fee. We are seeking legal action upon them, DON'T RECOMMEND!,
On time and know there stuff ! – I would highly recommend this company . They showed up when they said they would and are very knowledgeable on heating and cooling in mobile homes. I just moved into my trailer and know nothing about them, the service man that came out filled me in on alot of stuff that I need to know. They fixed my problem very fast and the price was right . I will call them anytime I have a problem .
Great service and they get it right the first time! – I was very impressed with the technician that came to my house. Very professional! They are fast and very informative. They even told me how to do something myself so I could save some money! I will definately use them again!
Very unprofessional, avoid unless no one else is available – Second time we have had to use this "service" The owner had a phone call while here, he writes customer information on the back of business cards! . Apparently he is his own appointment setter. Extremely unprofessional!. An "appointment" is : "We'll try to get out sometime next week". An actual day and possible time are never given!.
