Purchased a Master Meter 5/8 x 3/4 residential water meter in July of 2019. The impeller stopped turning in June of 2020. Luckily I had another one on standby. I contacted Master Meter to file a warranty claim. I could not file it directly; had to go through the distributor. So, in November of 2020 I filed the claim with the distributor and sent the meter back to Master Meter. It is currently February 2021 (3 months after I sent it in) and just spoke to Master Meter. They do not back up their products. They will not contact you back even when you are trying to buy a new product because they are trying to "wait out" the warranty on a previous purchased product (radio read water meters) They were all "johnny on the spot" before we spent $300,000.00 on a product with a 10 year full warranty and a pro-rated warranty for the following 10 years.
