Lol what horrible customer service, gave them a call, my voice was apparently breaking up for a few seconds, just said "your breaking up" and then hangs up, didn't even give it 5 seconds for voice to clear up and just hung up
I was within return window and they are saying it’s damaged beyond resale and authorize a 50% off a new ring. Instead of asking or returning my already purchased item. There is no way to contact a real person. Terrible company. They sent the wrong size to begin with and couldn’t even replace it with the correct size
We are a local small electrical contractor that asked glen to take care of cutting very expensive light fixture tracks. He had great communication, sent over quote. He also delivered ahead of schedule and I felt the price was very fair. I would highly recommend!
