I have been working with Master for over 15 years, I have great relationship with this company and have depended on them to help keep our facilities in top condition. I work with the engineering team regularly on custom projects and have been very happy with both meeting schedule and the techs. that service our equipment.
My experience was not a good one. Installation of a new unit in a new house was incorrectly done - one damper not installed but merely taped to the duct which was the wrong size. The result was a burned out compressor after not quite three years. Discharge air temp sensor not installed at all. When I contacted the firm about this I was told all the technicians who did substandard work were fired and replaced with competent new ones under new ownership.
