They are efficient, prompt, and completely frank and honest.
This was the first time using Master Mechanical and I could not be more happy with my experience. Out of nowhere, my air conditioner just was not working right. Found Tom from the BBB website. Gave him a call. Told him the sooner this gets fixed the better. He made time to came out that day, late afternoon. Found the problem and was able to fix it immediately.
