AVOID! The first time we used these guys they put in the wrong belt and left a bunch of exposed and grounded wires around the unit. Then they showed up two more times to “diagnose” their mistake. Which they tried to charge us for both visits where nothing got fixed and they created the problem. The final straw was when I got a second quote and it turns out they were never even replacing the filters or doing any of the upkeep. Super shady. Would never recommend them for anything.

It became clear that I needed to replace my 30+ y.o. furnace ASAP so I asked my neighbor, who recently replaced their unit, who they used. She recommended Master Mechanical and gave me contact info for Justin who was super prompt in every reply. We agreed upon a day for him to come look at my existing unit and work up a quote, which was cheaper than a competitor I had already spoken with, and was able to arrange the install the following week. The tech Connor was very polite and professional. HOWEVER! How are you as a company going to have someone on call that doesn't have the necessary tools and items to handle emergency calls? My one unit appears to possibly have a leak but the tech was in his personal vehicle and didn't have refrigerant. So now i have to contact another company and hope that they are able to fix my AC. In the meantime I have to hope my wife and kids are going to be comfortable while I'm at work.
