It became clear that I needed to replace my 30+ y.o. furnace ASAP so I asked my neighbor, who recently replaced their unit, who they used. She recommended Master Mechanical and gave me contact info for Justin who was super prompt in every reply. The tech Connor was very polite and professional. HOWEVER! How are you as a company going to have someone on call that doesn't have the necessary tools and items to handle emergency calls? My one unit appears to possibly have a leak but the tech was in his personal vehicle and didn't have refrigerant. So now i have to contact another company and hope that they are able to fix my AC. In the meantime I have to hope my wife and kids are going to be comfortable while I'm at work.

I'm trying to figure out why a business would schedule an appointment to go out and diagnose a problem with an air conditioner in the middle of the summer and not take the parts to repair it. Your bill says "Diagnose and repair your air conditioner", but all you did was diagnose because you didn't bring the parts to repair and you still charged a ridiculous amount for your call. We will not be using this business again.
