Got my brakes done here. Incredibly nice staff, quick service. Brakes feel excellent. Great shop!
My experience at Master Mekanik was an absolute nightmare. I left my car for service, and it was stolen while in their possession. As if that wasn’t enough, they also charged my credit card $5000 for the rental car provided by Enterprise. Not only did I lose my car, but they also stole my money. These people are liars and thieves. Our car got stolen when in their garage and under their care. The manger Amir Nijjar acted like he cared but in reality he lied and actually scammed us $5k. We know for sure this had to be an inside job. No communication. Their insurance has done nothing. We’ve contacted head office and once again act as if they care but they keep leading us on.
