I've been getting my cars serviced at Master Mechanic ever since they opened in Whitby, and have not regretted one moment. Over the years their service has been completely satisfactory in every respect. Kyle, Rick, Chad and the team have always been friendly, courteous and accommodating to my schedule despite the extremely busy schedule of their own. I can't imagine a better team. You folks will continue to get all my business!
Drove in. No appointments available for two weeks. They offered to take my car for a drive to make sure that there were no safety issues, until they could get me in for service. They went above and beyond with their customer service today. Very grateful!

This place is by far the best mechanic shop around...I have had nothing but good experiences with them and I've been going there for years now. They don't take advantage of people and tell you things are wrong just to make an extra buck. As a woman that is so important as I don't know much about cars. The technicians and front end staff especially Rick are so friendly, knowledgeable and just all around good people. If your looking for a trustworthy shop this is the place to go!
Been here twice so far for various issues on my aging vehicle and always left with a sense that the repairs done were to the highest standards and with the customers safety in mind. The communication has always been transparent and highly informative with the turnaround time for the work required being completed as scheduled and with the repairs being fair in cost.
