Great fast service service good price excellent service very satisfied with service
I have nothing but good things to say about my experience with Master Mechanic Whitby, I was on a time crunch and they addressed my issues as quickly as they could.
My 1st experience here and it was incredible. I reached Rick by phone to get a 2nd quote on my rear breaks replacement, and not only was it competitive, but he offered the appointment the same day! When dropping off and picking up my vehicle they were courteous, knowledgeable , professional and communicated clearly through the repair. I’ll be a repeat customer from now on :)
Had my car towed in Saturday night. First thing Monday they fitted me in with other appointments, provided a clear quote, work completed by 1pm! Great service, fair price!
Incredible service over the phone and inperson. I really appreciated the text communication with real-time progress of the work being done and the ability to approve the work without delaying the process.
