I went in to have my headlights worked on and they even helped me out with some other questions I had about my vehicle. Good group of people over here at Master Mechanic, it'll definitely be my new go-to spot for vehicle servicing.
Many thanks to Joe, Terry and Steve for great customer service and even greater technical ability in repairing the air conditioning on my 2021 Sienna hybrid. After I returned home, I had a concern and called and spoke with Joe who said to bring the vehicle back that afternoon. Joe and Steve then put the vehicle on the hoist and patiently explained what had been done and answered my concern. Don't hestiate to have them service your vehicle.

This Markville location over torqued my oil pan bolt to the point where another mechanic told me it’s too tight, they can’t get it off without breaking it. I brought the car back to Master Mechanic to let them try taking it off, they couldn’t. And refused to pay for the replacement oil pan when they break it so they can change the oil. Overall a great experience here! Thorough, transparent communication and very efficient. They were able to get us in quickly for a pre-purchase inspection and the needed services the following day.
