Did a safety for my Grom. Really good service
This Markville location over torqued my oil pan bolt to the point where another mechanic told me it’s too tight, they can’t get it off without breaking it. I brought the car back to Master Mechanic to let them try taking it off, they couldn’t. And refused to pay for the replacement oil pan when they break it so they can change the oil. Master Mechanic on 185 Bullock Drive, the owner, Joe, refused to pay for the replacement pan even though his mechanics caused the issue. Overall a great experience here! Thorough, transparent communication and very efficient. They were able to get us in quickly for a pre-purchase inspection and the needed services the following day. Joe, Terry, and Jun (mechanic) were very helpful when all tire reinflation machines in a 10km radius were out of order. They quickly had Jun vheck tire pressure and reinflate to approproate pressure (without cost). Clean and helpful centre
