Wow what an experience this was! After many negative experiences with mechanic shops and never knowing who to trust, we absolutely loved our experience at Master Mechanic with franchise owner Ronak and his team. Not only did they address me directly in addition to my partner Robbie (which sadly hasn’t always been my experience in these settings), but they even invited us out to the shop while the car was hoisted so we could see exactly what they were seeing. They helped me with sugar in my tank a little under a year ago. Fast done in a day. Eurado was great and customer service is top tier. This is my go to shop safety, tires, repairs whatever you need and they get it done in a day.
I took my 2012 F-250 in because I thought the fan wasn’t working. Within an hour I had heard back from Master Mechanics and the problem was not the fan ,but the water pump and thermostat. They had some issues with my truck and it took longer than expected. I got periodic updates. When it was complete and road tested they notice the Serpentine was bad and it was replaced. As I mentioned it took longer than expected,Master Mechanics returned my vehicles complete and in excellent condition . I will be a Repeat customer .
Very impressed. They went above and beyond to help me. Honest, nice people work here. Making the world nicer, one vehicle at a time:)
