Our car got stolen under your care at your Woodbridge location and no one has taken responsibility. What kind of company are you people. You are liars and thieves. Scamming and stealing people’s cars. No one will take responsibility. Not your Woodbridge location, not your insurance company and not your head office. On top of stealing our car you charge us $5000 for a rental you said you’d cover. Liars. Thieves. Scammers. I will be reporting your company to Consumers Protection Ontario.
This is a review of your Matheson location in Mississauga. The staff returned our vehicle with the ignition switched on, to cover up yhe fact that they had broken our car key. Terrible service as of you review the footage, you'll notice that multiple staff members confronted my senior father when he was disputing the fact that the location staff had broken our key. Truy shameful!
I had a problem with the workmanship of one of their locations. The team at head office handled me very professionally and connected with with a different location to rectify the repair issue. The job was done. The issue solved. Thank you. UPDATE: I have had more recent issues arise from my services at newmarket MM. I called head office and left a message. NO CALL BACK.
I had some work done on my car and wasn’t satisfied with how the shop treated me. Master Mechanic head office heard my concern and made things right. They were fair and professional, I would gladly deal with them again .
