We had to get the A/C compressor replaced and a refrigerant line refill. When we called on Wednesday, they originally told us they’d take a look Friday, but we brought it in that day just in case they had time sooner. Sure enough, they were able to check it out Thursday and ended up doing the entire job - plus an oil change - by the end of the day. Super respectful, very professional, and everything works perfectly. Couldn’t be happier with the service!
This is by far the best car service center I’ve visited. Extremely friendly staff and quick service!
Unfortunately my experience here was not the best. I appreciate that they were polite throughout the process but I still feel as though they took advantage of me because I am a female and were not transparent about what was needed. I originally came here to see what my brakes needed and they did a review and estimated brakes and rotors at 715.00 and charged me 80.00 for the inspection but assured me this 80.00 would be reduced if I went back for service.
