Trust worthy and they always fix the problem.
Hit a pothole while driving through Toronto, and these guys came to the rescue on short notice. Took my car in, worked with me when it turned out the rim was bent, and managed to get me on my way safely.

I had a very mixed experience and won't feel comfortable returning to Master Mechanic Dupont for future service. After an oil change and inspection, my tires were re-installed but torqued well beyond the manufacturer's spec (>100 ft-lbs as measured using a torque-wrench, when the spec is 76). Because they were so over-tightened, I couldn't swap on my winter tires myself as I've done for years without issue: the lock nut's key couldn't loosen the lock nuts and one of the studs broke. I recently tried this place after having had awful service and weeks of delay from the downtown Jeep dealership. They were professional, helpful and got my car fixed the same day. The cost was very reasonable and I will be using them from now on. Thanks guys.
