Very enjoyable experience here at Master Mechanic. The team were very professional, answered all of my questions, and the receptionist was very good company. I recommend taking your vehicle here for any sort of repair.
Good service! I am pleased with the mechanics who did their best work on my Mitsubishi Galant 2010. It is running well.
I did a brake inspection here. They told me I had to change my brakes and quoted me $1700. The labor alone was around $450 and the rest were supposedly parts. I took my car to another auto body shop and showed them the exact quote they gave me. Got my brakes changed there for $750. Turns out, Master Mechanic was upselling the parts, not just selling the labor! They were making a profit off the parts, and saying that “awh it’s just the cost of the parts, that’s how much they cost.” Obviously, that is NOT how much they actuall... read more
Absolutely loved the friendly and honest experience I had for my first experience. Had all of my questions answered. Service was prompt, fast, and done properly. The price was surprisingly less than I expected which was great. I will definitely be returning for future repairs as I loved the experience. Thank you!
