Terrible Experience – Not Worth the Time or Money Worst massage I've ever had. Completely unprofessional and a total waste of time. On top of that, they insisted I use my card to leave a tip—even though I had already left $10 in cash, which they absolutely did not deserve. Then they still tried to pressure me into tipping more. Unbelievable. Never coming back and wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
If I could give zero stars I would. They made me pay before, which no place has ever done and then told me they have a minimum tip amount (which is not posted anywhere online or in the shops AND was over 25%). She never asked me if I had problem areas or anything. The massage was awful, not even a massage. She squeezed me, over the sheet, never used lotion or hot towels and was coughing the whole time. When she did take the sheet off she took it completely off and then proceeded to cover me in oil and rub just my butt for 25... read more
