We booked Master Maid for a move-in cleaning and were very disappointed. My wife is in her third trimester and we were counting on them to clean our new home before the baby’s arrival. Several key areas were missed — the basement fridge was left with stains and a strong odor, the basement bathroom toilet still had a stain under the seat, the linen closet wasn’t cleaned, and parts of the main fridge (like the water tray and the floor near it) weren’t touched. This is my second review. Master Maid exceeded my expectations! The cleaners were punctual, professional, and incredibly thorough. They left my home sparkling clean — every corner, surface, and detail was taken care of with great attention. The team was also friendly and respectful, making the entire experience stress-free. I highly recommend Master Maid to anyone looking for top-notch, reliable cleaning services. I’ll definitely be using them again!
Really disappointed with the detail to attention the cleaners had. I had to reclean multiple areas after them. Not worth the 320$ price tag for a "deep clean".
