Went 03 November for an oil change. From start to finish on the stop watch, it took 7 minutes and 21 seconds. I watched the entire operation.. they were quick, efficient, and got the job done. I did 2 days of research..because this is the first time I have had someone do my oil change…simply because this is a 2025 Chrysler Pacifica and I want everything annotated so there will never be a warranty issue. We have taken our vehicles here since it opened. The employees are professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. With the full service oil change they check all the fluid levels and tire pressure. I can take my car in whenever I want and they will check and top off all the fluids and check my tires.
I’ve gone here for oil changes a few times and each time they’re exceptionally quick, super friendly and affordable. This last time, on top of the oil change, they fixed part of my front bumper that was dragging by zip tying it back up! I didn’t even ask and they went above and beyond to take care of something I’d been putting off for way too long. 10/10 highly recommend supporting this business :)
If I could give any oil & lube place 6 stars, it would definitely be this Master Lube. The entire team is friendly & knowledgeable. If you need an oil change or general upkeep, these guys are the BEST!! Been coming her for 15+ years!
