RecommendedThe staff is awesome. Communication is on 👏 point 👏. They get to work on your vehicle and are efficient. Highly recommend. 4 different people work on your vehicle checking air, mileage, oil, filter, etc. It almost makes me excited to get transmission flushed and other maintenance done next time. Lol
i arrived for an oil change. Ralph said would you like an air filter if needed? i asked, how much? he says $17.95. i say sure. i arrive back to pay. he says they put in an air cabin filter for $35. i say that is not the air filter we discussed. he says right but you needed the other filter. i said that is my decision to make. he says, oh. lets put the old one back on and refund you. i believe this is ridiculous now so i call the owner Dan Thompson. Don't believe them when they say they will " make it right" the next time you come in.... they don't.
Great service and great people. Used them for years and plan to for many more to come.
