They have forgotten the most important thing, the bloody "Key" to open it! I struggle over, and over to get thier "TINY KEY" in the hole! DROPPING IT TWICE!! I am older (but not that old 55) and have other things to worry about when my hands are full! "I had nothing in my hands!" The technician was really kind and helpful. For a fair price, he cut and programmed a duplicate of my apartment's key. There is no doubt in my mind that I would suggest him.
