Please do not use master lock. I purchased a 4401DLH Bluetooth electronic lock on February 19th of this month. I then updated the lock's firmware in the main lock application. After that, the Bluetooth lock cannot be used, and red, yellow, green, and blue lights appear at the same time. I asked Master Lock customer service for help but got a useless answer.

Great workplace til they decided to close it down after remodeling its campus, built back better in the hood at its finest, closing inner city jobs to ship them overseas

Mein Gekauftes vor 4 Monaten "Veloschloss" auch genannt Radschloss beim Händler OBI Schweiz, lies Sich nicht mehr schliessen, umgetauscht in der Vertraglichen 24 Monatiger Garantiezeit alles noch völlig in Ordnung. Aber von der 24 Monatiger Garantie Laufzeit auf dem "Kassenbon" auch genannt Zahlungsbeleg wurde aber nicht Neu angepasst, was für eine Fadenscheinige Argumentation so verkauft man den Konsument für dumm.
