I felt tjhe price was to high for the servie rendered. Also did not appreciate the serviceman reading insructions for eqipement prior to use. Not sure door is fixed correctly. Does"nt drag as much as before however still drags. To hios benefit he said he is mainly into locks and not doors
Danny was very informative and helpful. I f I ever need help or any one I know, he would be the first person I would call or refer to others. Danny should receive an award for his great work. He was at the job before the appointment. That shows commitment and service. I am an entrepreneur, and I will tell other entrepreneurs about Master Keys and their great customer service. Other customer service businesses need to be more helpful, friendly, and informative as Master Key Systems of America.
The work was done timely and at a lower cost than the estimate. Danny is a very pleasant chap and explains what he is going to do. Can't believe our door works so well. Getting an arched door to fit is not such an easy task. We thoroughly recommend him.
Prompt, Professional, and Courteous
Very nice guy, willing to work over email (very rare in the trades, but very much appreciated), did a good job with the hardware we bought.
Danny has been very helpful in finding the correct keys for several old cabinets. He is courteous and prompt in getting back with me. I would definitely recommend him to others.

He was early to the appointment. Very quick and knowledgeable, and very reasonable rates. No additional cost for coming out on Saturday. I would use him again.
Very prompt, but took longer than I would have expected. The cost was way over the top estimate. Results good.
Business response:
The customer originally requested locks to be rekeyed and a deadbolt to be fitted. Customer informed that all locks were Weiser brand. Only 1 of 3 existing locks was Weiser. Customer wanted all locks keyed alike. This required 2 x new deadbolts, 1 x new cylinder and 1 lock rekeyed, hence additional cost for Schlage products. Supplied 2 x Schlage deadbolts and 1 x Schlage Rim cylinder.
