I could not find a latch set for a 35 year old sliding patio door. Danny was very helpful. Rather than come out and charge me Danny told me where I could find the lock at Lowes (I told him I could install it if I had it). He was correct. I would highly recommend him because of his integrity alone.

I would definitely call on Master Key Systems again. Daniel got in touch with me very quickly, and this is what (pleasantly) surprised me. After I described the problem I needed repaired, he said, "well, the first thing I would do would be remove these screws, and replace with longer ones. Is that something you might want to try yourself?" I did try it myself, and it worked perfectly. So, he could have had a service call, but instead offered advice to help me first. This is a good person to do business with.
