Did this pediatrician have bright, child-friendly examining rooms? Not at all. The examining rooms were dark and plain Was this pediatrician able to answer all your questions about immunizations? Yes, they answered my questions Did this pediatrician respect your views and opinions on parenting? Yes, they respected my views and opinions Does this provider take that extra step to make you feel special? Yes Was the provider's staff welcoming to you? Somewhat

Was this provider's staff friendly? Not Really Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Not really. I usually have to remind them. Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? Yes, I had to wait a long time before someone was able to help me Did this provider seem up-to-date with the current advancements in their field? They seemed to know enough Does this provider welcome questions? Yes, they don't mind answering my questions

Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? Somewhat Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? I waited longer than I wanted to, but it wasn't terrible Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, there was no annoying music Is this provider's business conveniently located? Not at all, its out in the boondocks

I know that they have a lot of clients here so I understand that they many not remember my name every time, but I am always really impressed when I walk in the door and am greeted by name. They always try to make the effort and for this I am grateful. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. There was only a couple of times where the staff was actually able to answer my questions. Most of the time, they'd refer me to their boss or another staff member.
