We were blown away by the customer service we received today! We had an appointment get cancelled on us last minute by U-Haul, we called around to a few places until we spoke to master hitch. They immediately found the parts we needed and offered for us to come in and get the install done right away. Best customer service and pricing hands down! If you ever need any truck accessories or trailer hitch needs please contact master hitch you will not be disappointed!
On my Ram 2500 they have put in transflow, cover on bed, and trailer hitch, over the past 2 years. Excellent work and Great customer service.
Outstanding customer service to say the least! These gentlemen installed my 5th rails today and cut my bed mat to still be useable over it after I stated I would do it! They also cleaned the bed of my truck out! On top of having the lowest price I found for the equipment I needed! And In Stock and installed with in 2 hours! Top shelf service gentlemen! THANK YOU!
