The Oak Cliff location 4111 Platinum Way sold my contractor bad merchandise and they refused to do anything about it.
As an employee, they do not give breaks to employees, make us skip lunches, work out in thunderstorms while lifting steel piping and just flat out do not treat employees well. Try to contact someone about it and u get ignored. Very disappointed.
Arguably the most ridiculous company allowed to function in this industry. Less than zero stars! But what do stars mean to a group of hourly employees with Palmolive hands (management) and paid vacations that have never been beholden to the end user or their client's client? A company this size should have the wherewithal to solve problems on the fly, but instead they ignore emails, texts and chalk up discontent as the cost of doing business. I have called several times and left if you emails and have not been responded back to. I don’t understand the problem. The product seem to be cool but if you can’t get any customer service im starting to question the point of a warranty. And if someone wants to pay PREMIUM price for a product you would think customer service will be better. And yes I click the contact that section on website and emailed the address mentioned on the website.
I don’t know if they’re going through growing pains sense taking over Jamison fence supply whom I never had issues with, when Master Halco took over the customer service went downhill rapidly, in the office only, The guys in the yard were cool
