Honestly between the Stockbridge location and this Decatur one, I've not met a single bad apple. Every single person I've ever interacted with has been incredibly kind and helpful. From sales to the forklift drivers, everybody just seems to work with you to help you get what you need. Not to sound cheesy but it is a pleasure to do business with them.
Master Halco has the worst customer service I've ever seen. I started a fence company and wanted to use post master. Master Halco refuses to even let me set up an account with them to buy material.
Really disappointed in this location. I recently started a fence company and wanted to buy material from Master Halco. My company wanted to promote and install post master. They refused to even set my company up with an account.
Clive was very helpful with recommendations on another supplier that might carry what I was looking for
Clive really helped me out with some product info and stock checking. If he hadn’t gone out of his way to provide some detailed info, we would’ve never known. Would happily continue doing business when the reps are like that.
