Billy over here telling me I need to order an accessory for a liftmaster gate opener directly from customer support then I call them and they say “we don’t deal with customers only commercial businesses” I tell her that and she finally say “yes I can order that part for you” tjen what hell am I doing calling customer support I need a real professional who knows these products not some receptionist waiting till 5 o’clock to go home
I’ll tell you what, I have not found better customer service from anyone or any supplier than I have found at this location. And that is due large in part to their customer sales rep, Billie. I have purchased from master halco for the past few years and the main reason I return is for the amazing customer support I receive from Billie. She is diligent, timely, kind, and goes above and beyond expectations every single time.
